One of the missions of 600th Photo Squadron was to provide the
Airforce with combat photo documentation. A cadre of still photographers and motion
picture cameramen flew with aircrews to "cover' the airwar. TSgt Yuen-Gi Yee returns
from an A-37mission at Bien Hoa airbase. |

Air Force photographic operations in Viet Nam were the
responsibility of the 600th Photo Squadron at Tan Son Nhut Airbase in
Saigon, and its field units. This is the Detachment 6 facility at Bien Hoa Airbase. |

Red Horse crews like the Navy's Sea Bee's - were the Air Force civil
engineers who built and maintained the airbases. This crew maintained the facility at Det
6, 600 Photo (Bien Hoa), and rebuilt some of the trailers damaged by a rocket attack in
1969? |
